EXCHANGE POLICY
We are happy to accept your returns and you can exchange them for another size or colour if you wish provided it is within 30 days of your original purchase date. Please note there will be reshipping fee charged to your original credit card.
The goods must be returned in their original, unworn condition.
Please return the goods via US Post to the address below. Do Not use DHL or UPS as this may result in you incurring customs clearance.

Please mark the customs declaration as " returned goods " to ensure prompt delivery to us. We recommend Air Mail as this will take 5-12 days as opposed to surface mail which will take a lot longer. Please include a note with your exchange detailing your request.
We are not responsible for any returned items lost in transit.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds are permitted provided the items are returned within 30 days from date of purchase. The items must be returned in their original, unworn condition. Damaged or worn boots are not eligible for refund and will be returned to the customer.
Shipping charges are not refundable so please choose your order carefully. Upon receipt of the goods and their evaluation your credit card will be credited with the full amount less the original shipping fee component of the cost.
MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY
UGG since 1974 provides a one year warranty against defective materials and workmanship.
Wherever possible, faulty workmanship will be repaired at no cost to the customer. Faults arising from the use of defective material, specifically sheepskin, will be repaired or replaced. Faults arising from stitching that is cut or broken will be repaired wherever possible. Problems arising from normal wear and tear are not covered by our limited warranty.
Discoloration and staining is not deemed faulty workmanship and will not warrant a claim. Slight dye transfer may occur with darker colored sheepskin during first few wears. Lighter colored sheepskin may pick up inks from clothing with which it comes in contact. This discoloration is not covered under the manufacturer's limited warranty.
Irregularities and variations in color and texture are characteristic qualities of sheepskin. These irregularities and variations are not covered under the manufacturer's limited warranty.
The decision to repair or replace is at the discretion of the company.
Authorization must be received prior to returning any warranty claims. All claims must be returned for assessment before a claim will be considered. Cost of freight will be at the customers expense. The repaired or replaced item will be returned at no cost.
All custom made orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
