Are these genuine UGGs?Yes. Our boots are all made in Australia and are made from genuine sheepskin. Our family has been manufacturing since 1974. Our boots are made from A grade sheepskin and are of the highest quality. We are NOT associated with the brand UGG Australia. They are an American Company and all of their boots are mass produced in China.Only Boots made in Australia are authentic UGGs. Look for the MADE IN AUSTRALIA symbol before you buy. UGGs are an Australian Icon and should be made in Australia NOT China.Top
Are these the same as UGG Australia?
No. Ugg Australia is an American company , Deckers Corporation, and their boots are made in China.Top
Can I wash my UGGs?
Yes they are washable. We have Ugg shampoo and condtioner or you can use a wool wash and gently handwash them. Spin the excess water out and then dry in the shade. They will be tighter when you put them back on but they will soon relax again. Beware darker colours may lose colour in the process.Top
Can I wear my boots outside?
Yes no problem. We recommend you use the protector spray which makes them water repellant and keeps them cleaner as well.Top
Do I wear Socks with my UGGs?
Uggs are designed to be worn without socks. This actually makes them warmer providing they are a snug fit. They will not get smelly as sheepskin breathes. Also if you wear socks that are not all natural then your feet may sweat and start to smell. So if you must wear socks use wool or cotton.Top
Does the black colour transfer?
Yes there can be some colour transfer from the black sheepskin. We use a natural colour innersole however there may still be some colour rub off so be careful with white jeans tucked in etc.Top

I have been told I may need a bigger size
No our boots are quite true to size. You need to get them firm as sheepskin does stretch. When you start wearing them the wool moulds around your feet and the sheepskin will give. They will stretch a good half size. But be sure to check your size on our sizing chart.Top
