I was a little nervous about ordering online, but I was able to print and measure my foot and order a size 8 in women's, and I must say they fit so perfectly! These uggs are so soft and comfy!! It was worth the wait!
I live in the US and purchased the Taryn Slippers after I found out the the UGG brand in the US doesn't use real sheepskin and just noticed the quality of products by UGG declining over the years. I did so much research because I knew that I wanted a pair of slippers that were high quality and would last a long time...these definitely hit the mark!
The Taryn Slipper in Sand is the color I got and I could not be more happy with the style and the feel of the sheepskin is unmatched, it keeps my feet warm but not too warm and they are so comfortable! the stitching is fantastic and I have no worries about the seams coming up as I did with UGG brand slippers.
Lastly, the customer service team for ugg since 1974 was also exceptional. There is a bit of a waiting period for their products which is unfortunate but worth it because again the quality and care of the product is just fantastic. Anyways, in the waiting period I was contacted to make sure that I understood where the extra logo I wanted would be placed and after further discussion and understanding, when I wanted to opt out of the logo customization, they had no issue refunding the added price from my original purchase after I changed my mind. (This was of course before my pair of slippers were made) I truly appreciated how thorough this brand was with making sure I as the consumer got the product I desired.
I will for sure be ordering from them in the future!
took a few months to ship to canada but worth the wait! very comfortable and cute, such good quality and great value. i got mine in sand and they look just like the picture. been getting tons of compliments on them, 10/10!
Bought the lilac one as a gift. Looks exactly like the picture, and the color is very saturated. I’m told they feel heavenly. Definitely going to purchase more.
I haven’t taken them off since they arrived! You may have to deal with a small delay in shipping because they are custom-made however it is worth every minute and every penny!
