Well, the story started from gifting to my wife UGG of other company, only after that I learned, that genuine Australian UGG would be from UGG since 1974, ordered, waited for quite a while (think it was month and half waiting list). When they arrived, wow, was surprised how much better they are, how comfortable they are and quality standard is definitely higher
My daughter asked for these for her birthday because everyone her age is wearing the American Uggs. I let her know I would get her Authentic Uggs but she’d have to wait for them to be hand crafted. When they arrived (exactly when we were told we’d get them) she was so excited to receive them! I sized up a half size and they fit perfectly! I am US based and for anyone wondering I didn’t have to pay any additional custom fees (that was my first concern) I would highly recommend anyone wanting authetic Uggs to purchase as my process from start to finish was smooth.
The wait time was a bit long i ordered in december but it was worth the wait better than american made uggs

The best and only brand UGG I love them, I can’t not believe how blind I was thinking that the Ugg from US was the original( china imitation UGG) …My new boots are high quality and the wait time was totally worth it.
When I first saw the plane brown box I was like what’s this. lol. Then when I opened them the packaging was more than I could’ve expected!! I love my boots! Def worth the wait. The black is so rich and they are super comfy and warm!!! Will purchase more and have been telling everyone. Thank you!
From customer service to quality and craftsmanship, I’m more than pleased with my experience. I changed my order a couple times and they were super-accommodating and kind, and most importantly, that got it right and wanted me to be happy with my order. More than I can say for a lot of companies. The boots are amazing and speak for their self. I’ll be getting my Ugg boots only with Ugg Since 1974 going forward.

They were super warm and insulating the first few days, but after that the wool sort of flattened to the shape of my foot. After that they ended up not being as warm so I have to wear socks while I wear them
The quality of these is out of this world, I’ll never be ordering the counterfeit brand that somehow passes off as the main brand again. The quality of these is so much higher, they’re significantly more comfortable, and the packaging was absolutely beautiful as well. I love these boots so much and cannot get over the significantly higher quality that I’m unaccustomed to
I was one of the many people who had no idea I was not wearing true Ugg boots made in Australia. I received my boots and oh gosh were they worth the wait. I ordered two pair and they arrived packed so nicely! They are beautiful, fit perfectly, and are so comfortable. I am also so thrilled I can replace the insoles whenever I need to. I ordered my new boots from Ugg since 1974 because I’m tired of subpar products being sold in America. They’re so soft, beautiful, and very comfortable. I also ordered extra insoles (iykyk) because I keep shoes for decades.
The packaging is beautiful and thoughtful. I will order in the future in different styles.

I am a man and I bought these shoes bc I wanted a slide option the mens thong. I am US men’s 10 so I went with the US women’s 11 after reviews to go down a size and they are a great fit. I use them as my slippers and I love coming home after being on feet all day and take off shoes and socks and slide these on and it feels like heaven. Their quality is out of this world and the fluff to the sheep is super rich and thick. I will take a vacuum to them to freshen them up and like new. I also get sweaty feet easily and this material really helps.

I got these a couple of years ago and love them. I don't have to slip on and off socks all the time when it gets cold. I only wear them in the house and really enjoy the comfort and warmth all through the colder months. No signs of external wear, and the replaceable liners are a good touch. Happy customer.
I've wanted a pair of these for years and finally pulled the trigger over Christmas. They arrived a week ago and I've hardly taken them off!They're by far the comfiest shoes I own, and even warmer than I expected.
If I have one gripe: I absolutely love the sheepskin insoles, but within two days of wearing them, the wool is peeling off the insole of the left boot. I bought a spare pair of insoles when I bought my boots so I can always swap one out, but I didn't expect to have to within two days of them being new! I'll attempt glue first and see how that goes.
I was thrilled with the quality and craftsmanship of my UGGs. The thing that blew me away the most, however, was the attentiveness of their shipping. My UGGs were being shipped to the opposite side of the world, and they were able to update me every single step of the way which put my anxieties about something going wrong or missing to rest. I couldn’t recommend them enough!
Pay attention to the sizing notes for these slippers! I didn't take them seriously and should have. They run wide AND long, I'm normally a women's 7, so that's what I ordered. They are close to an inch too long for me. I don't mind the width, makes them easy to slip on. But sadly they don't fit lengthwise, and I'm sure I'll fall on my face if I wear them. Trying to find them a new home for a friend or family that has bigger feet than me. Love the design though, fluffy and warm, and they are so well made.
I got these for my husband, and he wears them everyday! He's normally an 8.5, but has a wide foot so I got him a 9 (ugg size 11) and they fit him well. He initially said they were a bit loose, but that doesn't seem to bother him at all. The quality is unmatched, I will only ever order from Ugg Since 1974.
